Does anyone know what happened to Tibor after he left Edinburgh back in 2014?
1.0 Andi (1993-2010) was born to 1.0 Djui (1990-2002) and 0.1 Toba (1988-2002).
His parents were both born at Berlin TP, as were their parents. They had a shared sire (half siblings) but had different mothers.
He was sent to Barcelona Zoo in July 2015 and was still there (i.e. alive) as of March 2022.

It’s annoying when that happens. It’s also not uncommon amongst the US zoos to announce an animal has arrived, but not mention where it came from - leading to me having to search via it’s name and birth year to find a match from a few years back. I’ve had to do that recently for a leopard and a hippopotamus.
That’s correct. Djui and Toba had one litter together in 1993 (consisting of 2.1 cubs). The males were Andi and Opak and died in 2002 (Augsburg) and 2009 (Amneville) respectively; while the female was named Asmara and was sent to São Paulo Zoo (date of death unknown).

Zoja was born 10/05/2008 and was the only cub in her litter. She was sent to Cerza Zoo in 2009 and remains there to this day.

Hermes was born 17/10/1994 at Warsaw Zoo to 1.0 Medan (born 1984 at Berlin TP) and 0.1 Suma (born 1984 at Frankfurt). His parents had a total of eight litters together from 1987 to 1997.
Eight litters! Do you know the names of his other siblings?
Did Ceram, Celia, Nyas and Simalu die young or without having any offspring? Cannot seem to find much information on them.
Hermes was the only cub in his litter.
The other litters of Medan and Suma were:
March 1987 - 2.1 cubs (all died March 1987)
September 1987 - 1.1 (Nyas and Simalu)
March 1989 - 1.1 (Ceram and Celia)
July 1990 - 0.2 (both died July 1990)
October 1992 - 1.0 (Filon)
October 1996 - 1.0 (died December 1996)
July 1997 - 0.1 (died September 1997)
These are the fates of their named offspring:
Celia died at three months
Ceram died at four months
Nyas died at ten months
Simalu died 2003, no recorded offspring
Filon died 2008, seven litters
Hermes died 2011, three litters
Does anyone know the Sumatran Tigers at Zoo Bassin d’Arcachon and their origins? I don’t know how many there are, but I do know that they have a male born at Aalborg in 2019.
Sayang (ex Aalborg) is the only Sumatran Tiger at Bassin Du Arcachon currently. He arrived in Spring 2021
Unfortunately, Kiara and Willi’s littermates, Oscar and Seri, have also been put to sleep recently.
