Well a liberal democracy by definition is built on the rule of law. A theocracy therefore can be democracy but it is illiberal democracy and that is a best case scenario.

that's real jackass journalism at its best. Of course "I love you" can be said in Vietnamese, it is simply said with a different sentence structure. What the hack is saying amounts to "har har, stoopid foreigners don't have words that translate directly into my English words". What a McMuffin.
