Probably a variation on fried cheese! It always makes me laugh to see how many different name variations there are for the same food items. For example, even just within different areas of the UK you could have a chip barm, bun, batch, roll, cob, muffin, teacake, bap . . . I could go on!
Wait, is fried cheese just a whole lot of cheese which has been fried? Like, you just get a bowl of fried cheese?
I assumed it was a sort of topping, as in you'd have a sandwich or pie or whatever with cheese fried on the top.

It’s so nice with a caramelised onion chutney!
They do cheese in a can, too (the Americans, that is).

I quite agree! It’s a definitely a roll, but what it makes is a butty, however where I live it is commonly known as a batch!

I would never dare to eat processed food like fried cheese or minced meat in a tourist place I don't know. Maybe if I see lots of obviously regular customers eating that.
Thats why I bring food I know and remember to eat regularily. Otherwise I would get hungry and stuff myself with whatever junk food is available. And probably get fat.
There was a thread some time ago 'what you learned from animals'. I learned this from reading about migratory birds. They split their journeys so that they refuel in advance. Otherwise they would fall exhausted into the sea.

Plenty of places sell iced tea in Europe
in fact it seems to be one of the main soft drinks available in German zoos! However, as pointed out by @Hix the iced tea available commercially - even in the USA, by and large - is not merely tea that is cold; generally it contains far more water and sugar than it ever does tea.

Commercially available iced tea in a bottle or can is NOT the same as brewed iced tea which any real restaurant in the USA will serve. It will also be unsweetened (add your own sugar and lemon), except in the southeast USA (which we call the south hailing back to the days when all the states were in the east) in which case you have a choice of unsweetened or sweet tea. The latter must be one part sugar to one part liquid and is unpalatable to those of us from the western side of the country.
Funny coincidence about CheezWhiz (cheese in a pressurized can). One of my coworkers has been joking with me about it the last couple days because they all know I eat healthy and something like that is so far beyond comprehension it is unspeakable. He is still looking for bacon flavored CheezWhiz to buy for me!

Do many zoos prevent visitors from entering with food? Valencia have a no food/drinks (apart from water), which I was a bit surprised about.
Bali Safari also has a no food or drinks policy.
A lot of USA zoos have a policy of no ice chests or glass bottles. This is to prevent people from taking in a large picnic. However they really can't prevent people from taking food of any kind because people can easily put a sandwich or snacks in their purse or camera bag.
Imagine something like that being implemented here. People would go crazy about that...
