Those We Have Known....

Does anyone what happened to the two first generation Brazilian ZooChatters eduardo_brazil and Elias? I would be really glad to know!

@Elias still logs in every now and then - most recently a month ago - but never really posted all that often, being primarily an uploader of photographs. I would assume the main reason he hasn't posted any photographs lately is that his low post activity will have led him to fall foul of the new upload restrictions which Simon set up a year or two ago - but obviously if he did post more often again this ability would be restored to him (which is why I have tagged him here, so as to make him aware of this fact).

As for Eduardo, I haven't a clue!

Perfect example as to why the restrictions are flawed.

How are they flawed? If a person is actually interested in zoos and not just in showing off their photos it takes very little effort to post. The "restrictions" are very minor.

To be fair to TNT, the fact that the limitations of the current forum software mean that discussions within the gallery are no longer counted within someone's postcount - which I seem to recall led to one or two regular contributors to the gallery who had previously more-than-proven their interest in zoos, given the number of in-depth conversations they had taken part in, losing their upload rights because of the location of these conversations.

As far as I recall, Elias wasn't one of these members however.
