Thread of the Year 2018: Submissions

And as I mentioned before if it counts for this challenge then you shouldn't get the credit as the creator, as the first post is by somebody else.

~Thylo

I'm happy for @Ebirah766 to get the credit. If nothing else, he has put a lot more effort into this thread than myself lately (along with a few others).

Ultimately it is Pachyderm pro's decision and I will gladly accept whatever that is.

My stance on multi part threads is the following:

If the thread was split from an original thread that was created before January 1st, 2018, it does not count for this competition. If a brand new thread that was created - not split from another - after the original thread had been used it does count for this years running.

So sorry @Jambo but you cannot vote for The Never Ending Story Part 2, though if it at all makes you feel any better the original Never Ending Story - the thread was split from - did make it to the poll last year.

Also @Arizona Docent unless you post two more threads I wont be counting your lone vote, just purely based on the rules I've established. However, I encourage you to find two more you find deserving of the title if you have the time.

Thank you all for your continued interest :).

Oh well.

In that case, I propose a new number three.

Before I make nominations, I have one question:

Should nominations count towards how many replies it got (for example, many replies, but only from a small group of members) or if a majority of active users on the forum enjoyed it and participated (for example, many people took part and enjoyed)?

It's your personal, subjective opinion.
