I'm amazed 5.5 million people are prepared to brave the cold wind that seems to blow down the 'Golden Mile' a lot of the time.
Hi folks... first visit to this forum in a long while 
I would love to update this thread with 2008 attendance figures, but I may need your help. For whatever reason, fewer zoos have made public their attendance figures for last year so at the moment my list is incomplete. I am missing data for the following major zoos and safari parks:
Marwell
Colchester
Port Lympne
Howletts
Longleat
West Midlands
Blair Drummond
I think the IZY is a good source of data, for those who have access.

Colchester usually declare theirs in the Annual Report, but 2008's not on the website yet
