TV Series you are into

Has anyone seen "Arrow" yet? It feels like Smallville (with the superhero protagonist) crossed with Revenge crossed with a Luc Besson parkour flick. It's not aimed at the kiddies or Tweens, as the Arrow actually kills a lot of people in each episode, and he was sleeping with his girlfriend's sister. I have seen two episodes thus far, and I think I am a fan, at least for the first series. So let's see where it goes, because blackmailing a baddie into confessing each week will probably get lame by the fourth episode.

I haven't read this thread from the start but I've decided to throw a British one in to the mix, is Peep Show internationally known? If not then I think that you should watch it. In my opinion it's one of the best British sitcoms in at least a decade...!!!! :)

All I'm going to say is:

So do we have any other fans of this show on Zoochat?

My brother. The entire 8th grade seems to have been struck by the "magic" of ponies. I believe they call themselves 'bronies'.

Welcome to ZooChat!

The Walking Dead is the best thing on tv at the moment (grrrrrr mid season break!)

I also like True Blood and Doctor Who.

Secret pleasure: Fred Dinage Investigates :) and Aussie Masterchef

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but its a good one with a bit of life left in it :D

I've been watching quite a few shows lately, but none on normal TV, as I haven't got that sorted yet:

Finished:
-Not Going Out (have watched the six extant series on youtube)
-Vicious (British sitcom, some of it hysterically funny, watched on ITV website)
-Let Them Eat Cake (old British sitcom, so funny, watched on youtube)
-Please Like Me (Aussie sitcom, watched on youtube)
-Glee (finished a while ago, but was good)

Current:
-Game of Thrones (seasons 1 and 2, starting 3 this week - no spoilers please!)
-Angel (just started season 1)
-Six Feet Under (just started season 4)
-Primeval (just started season 4)
-Homeland (almost finished season 2)
-The Job Lot (British sitcom, kind of average, almost finished season 1)

Looking forward to the new season of True Blood, which has just started, but still to figure out where to get episodes from. Any ideas?

@nanoboy: was Arrow any good? Do you recommend it?

If you don't post for a few days then we'll know you've seen a certain episode and gone into a state of deep depression.

I experienced a similar feeling after a certain episode near the start of season 2, didn't know if it was even worth watching any more. But after a few days I decided to keep going.

My wife watches GOT while I surf the forum. I watched the first two seasons, but I lost interest because I couldn't keep track of the story and all the characters.

Two series we have only started watching in the last couple weeks are: Breaking Bad and American Horror Story. I am really enjoying both series.

Breaking Bad is truly astounding. A modern classic.

Like, say, Six Foot Under it's a real one of a kind (original & genius).

You're lucky starting now as if you watch at a reasonable pace you'll get to the end without a wait for new episodes/series. The wait for the final tranche is frustrating (especially after the penultimate tranche).

I've gotten into watching Saturday Night Life on Netflicks but haven't in a while because I've discovered the wonders of Doctor Who:D
