The one at Heythrop has died.

But there *is* a Polar Bear at Yorkshire Wildlife Parkthose of us in the North might be a bit rebellious sometimes, but we have not split off from the South yet!
They are already in the EU so i can't see them being kicked out. The oil seems to be he only reason the UK government want them to stay. There are far to many people living in this country (60m). that oil will keep 5m in Scotland happy much longer.
Have they? When did they get that? I don't tend to read about zoos north of Chester.
Month or two ago - with more planned to be on the way.

Sorry but it's the UK that is in the EU and not Scotland as a solo country they WILL have to apply to join, the rest of the UK receive very little from the oil revenue the quote about the oil was for Scotland only as BP,Q8 & Extran have already stated over the last 5 years they will be closing oil fields from around 2017 in the North sea that's why they are exploring areas around the rest of the UK
If the Scots don't like the deal can they change their minds during or after the negotiations?
But if Scotland leaves, the UK ceases to exist. By rights if Scotland get kicked out so should we. Sorry the way the panic has set in over the last couple of days, Scotlands Oil is the only thing that appeals to the UK. would we lose any sleep if they never had any oil? No we'd have said " So you want to bugger off eh? Do you want us to pack your bags?"
This is a moot point. It seems that the majority in next week's vote may well be narrow, whichever side 'wins'. Then the results of the general election in the UK next year and the Scottish parliamentary election in May 2016 may well become significant.
