Where do the Deer & Antelope Play?: A Look at America's Ungulate Populations

A bit of an off-topic question but does anyone know what happened to the animals at Shadow Nursery after it closed? They were the last known holders of Atali Waputi, Sichuan Deer, Mesopotamian Fallow Deer, Mongolian Kulan, Eastern Kiang, & Bushpigs in North America. These species had to have gone somewhere, but the question is where?

How are populations of Central and South American deer species in North America? Other than pudu I don't think I've seen those in zoos.

This may be off topic but does anyone know how many Grevy's Zebra have been born at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park

I believe there are some red brocket, but the population is definitely very small. I’m pretty sure they are on phase-out.

Definitely somewhere in the hundreds. They have a very large breeding herd and now they have a bachelor herd as well.

Saiga were about 100 so I would guess Grevy's zebra would be something above 200 animals. About 4 births a year since opening would be very shocking.

I thought I saw that red brockets were being phased out.
