Funny thing is that despite them being rare in AZA zoos these days, most of them will still sell white tiger merch in their gift shops, lol.
Yes, it seems like you can find those in several gift shops.

What is wrong with showcasing guanaco alongside mara and rhea and other wildlife people in southern S. America should be exposed to. The 3 former are all in a category of threat thanks in large part to conversion habitat to farming and a.o. sheep in Patagonia and the damage done to the ecosystems of this part of the world. Regenerating and ecosystem recovery and reintroduction can and should be in the mindset and blood of the nationals of Chile and Argentina. Fine spp. like the elusive huemul deer or taruca in the Andes, pudu very rare .... pumas under the gun condors, many bird spp. We have a world to set and conquer thru better informed and groomed zoo visiting general public.
It should be noted that Hesperia Zoo in California also keeps white tigers (or at least once did) as its all over their advertising.

In Spain, I can confirm for a fact that Madrid zoo currently houses a single white tiger, alongside a few other zoomix tigers. Loro Paraue also holds a stripe-less specimen. There’s an account I found of a white specimen kept in a sanctuary in Alicante. Jerez and Cordoba also have held white specimens from a quick search. There’s probably quite a few circuses which also hold them (for one I know circus wonderland used to hold them and circo royal as well, so they could have ended up at a sanctuary or zoo). White lions can (or could) be found in Mundopark and Junglepark.

After not keeping track of this for the past (checks notes) years, I've decided to finally continue this project. I've gone through the updates and additions that have been been sent in this forum (thank you), and am slowly combing through it checking for anything that has changed in the past couple years.
With that being said, I have finished going through of White Lions in the US, and my list currently stands like this.
So a couple explanations on some unusual places. First, The Tiger Encounter is not really a place you can visit. Its an animal trainer who is primarily active on social media. Trainers name is Felicia Frisco, and a bit about what she does is on this site Animal Acts — Artists & Attractions - Entertainment Booking Agency for Fairs and Festivals. She also appears to have two sites, one in Illinois and one in Florida.
The reason I said 4ish for the Tiger Haven is their website does not make it clear what they have. My initial note for this place was that they only had one, a female named Sarabi. I now think they have 3 more, those being Atlas, Haven, and Nala 2, but I can see an argument for a couple more. Here is the link if you want to take a look for yourself Tiger Haven. The issue is they have a single picture of each animal, but the pictures are not labeled with anything other than the individual's name.
Of course, let me know if you have additions, questions, or corrections. I hope to have the other lists done for this relatively soon.

Is Felicia Frisco part of the infamous Frisco family? Tim Frisco is (or was) a notorious elephant trainer for Carson and Barnes Circus and has been caught on camera abusing elephants. I think there are other members of the family who have also.

I know this is a couple of years back, but maybe you were thinking Philadelphia? They had then back in the early/mid 90s. I remember seeing them on a trip back then.
Not sure if you've gotten the answer to your question from 2+ years ago, but Toronto has one male and two female white lions (not breeding atm). Parc Safari only has three of the four Toronto brothers; not sure where exactly number four went.
I definitely wasn't mixing it up with Philly, one of my first major zoo memories is going to visit those cubs! I even had a vhs about them. And recently got a poster from an aazk auction! It was a mix up, but with Nemacolin, which is outside Pittsburgh.

Austin zoo houses 1 female named zulema that they rescued from some drug lord in Brownsville TX, also the Austin savannah (private tours only) houses 2 named Indira and Ashika that they got from a zoo in Arizona.
White Lions are fairly common in Ontario zoos, Toronto Zoo (1,2), Safari Niagara(at least 1,3), African Lion Safari (many), Jungle Cat World (1, 2), Killman (1, 1) and Elmvale (1, 1) have them currently. Outside of Ontario, Parc Safari in Quebec also has them b/c the boys born in Toronto Zoo went there. For White Tiger population in Canadian zoos, I only know Elmvale Zoo has one.

I can verify that there are white tigers at the Loro Parque zoo on the island of Tenerife. Tenerife is one of the Canary Islands, which belong to Spain, although they are actually located off the coast of western Africa. They have a male and a female white tiger. I have a lot of awesome video footage of them.
