The species on your photo is Melanophryniscus stelzneri (sensu lato). It has been on display in Berlin for a few years; usually in the section that also has the poison dart frogs. An interesting species that is superficially similar to Atelopus, but not quite the same.
Edit: Perhaps I should mention that most "M. stelzneri" in captivity actually are M. klappenbachi. The latter was included in the former until fairly recently. Hence "sensu lato".
