Ah thanks, they were just labelled Spider Monkeys with no scientific name so I wasn't sure.
I know that there are quite a few hybrids about and that the whole Ateles genus is a bit blurry.

I had not spotted this before (need to explore this place much more.) I defer to the superior knowledge on here about the primates at the likes of the Wales Ape and Monkey Sanctuary and whether or not I have missed some repeats in my list. Extremely impressive list shonenjake13! Congrats! Although I had 0 chance of winning this, it made zoo visits all the more interesting for me and so I thank you all for that! I'll definitely be joining in on this years challenge too.
On a side not: When did monkey world obtain Callithrix Penicillata? Are they recent rescues? Also, I noticed a few people included Lagothrix Lagotricha for Monkey World, if we can count these guys, then I got 39!

they now have at least two individuals, one was rescued in 2015, the other I believe some time last year. Both live with C.jacchus. (their names are Ruby and Tya for if you want to try and find them next time you're there)One of the rules stated at the beginning was that if the species has no pure individuals in captivity (e.g. woolly monkey, Sulawesi tarsier, red-fronted lemur) then they can just be counted as that. However, non-sub individuals and pure individuals could not be counted separately (so you would only get one for seeing either taxon, e.g. N.coucang at most European collections and the pure animals at Prague).

Thank you for clearing that up. That brings me to a total of 39 then!
As for the C. penicillata, I think I saw Ruby on one of the Monkey Life episodes a few months back (she was the overweight one?) and I'm sure Tya will pop up in the new Monkey Life series this January too.I'll keep an eye out if I return
