A surprisingly enjoyable first-time visit to this collection, although it was hardly the most useful so far as either challenge goes, as is to of course be expected from an aquarium.

It is always an honour to return to my favourite zoo, and this visit was no exception. Not the best in terms of its contribution to the challenge (none at all to the UK challenge, the second consecutive visit in which this has been the case), but still nice to get numbers up ahead of some continental trips in the coming weeks which should help quite a lot!

Finally getting around to tossing my hat in the ring with a general smattering of taxa from the last two or three months.....

139. Indian muntjac - Muntiacus muntjaki

Do you mean Reeves Muntjac or PD received new species? Many animals labeled as "Indian Muntjac" in Europe are actually Reeves Muntjacs. Few zoos in France and Faunia, Madrid have the species according to ZTL, but after I saw the true ones in Singapore and Malaysia, I am convinced that the animals in Faunia for example are also Reeves Muntjacs.

I was going by the zoo label, but ZTL only lists Chinese/Reeve’s. Happy to remove it from the list.
