The last one has just died, has it not?
Yep, we've unfortunately become aware of this fact since posting the above
The last one has just died, has it not?
The last one (Tarsier) has just died, has it not?
Just add in Singapore.Sadly yes, which has plunged me into the depths of an existential zoo itinerary crisis.
Just add in Singapore.
Of absolutely no significance at all, but I just counted up the number of animals I could potentially get if doing this challenge in New Zealand zoos, and came up with 51(ish).
Oi! Crowthorne I've warned you before.
No, you can't have it as Kew is not primarily a zoo/animal attraction.
I'm sure there's plenty of proper zoos you can seem an Indian Peafowl at without lowering yourself to Royal Botanic Gardens.
1st zoo visit of the year today to Camperdown Wildlife Centre, managed to see all but 2 species in the collection (Bears and Ocelot evaded me) which was incredibly pleasing considering it was -2 all day!

Unless you meant Malagasy jumping rats?I hate to keep adding to your pile of admin on this challenge Shorts (really, I do :/ ) but there are no kangaroo mice or eastern diamondback rattlesnakes kept in UK collections; should kangaroo mice be given an asterisk and can western diamondbacks count instead of easterns?

Eastern's instead of Western's* -after much vacillating and at the risk of annoying a few reptile purists I'll allow it on basis:
1. No Western's to see anymore (and it's a nice snake to see);
2. Abitrator's whim.
