They therefore had the opportunity to present the talapoins but did not do so. Maybe for a future exhibition.

Yes, I heard about that. Was it because the female pygmy hippo was so feisty that they suspected something could happen to the talapoins if the mix occurred? At any rate, I would love to see them at Beauval. The monkey 'aviaries' near the tigers are in need of refurbishment and I wouldn't mind seeing some renovation taking place on the marmoset and tamarin enclosures inside the orangutan and chimp indoor building, so I could also see the next renovation being more primate-based.

Yes maybe Luna the female hippopotamus is quite aggressive so they must have changed plans. Cohabitation would no doubt have been complicated.
Yes the aviaries has monkeys to be renovated it is really a black point of the park.
The lion tamarins have moved with the titis to the dome so I think they will gradually move the primates into the novelties.
I would also like the next renovation to be for primates but I have information that says the opposite so we will see.

On a video on the official Facebook (and Instagram) page of Beauval, we can see that the red titi(s) has/have arrived in the Dôme! A beautiful species if you ask me.

Yes, they arrived a while ago but were presented in the orangutan greenhouse.
They live on an island on the manatee basin with lion tamarins.

Apparently according to ZTL the Harpy eagles have arrived but aren't in the enclosure yet afaik but the doucs are still awaiting permission...:mad::mad::mad:

I have a feeling someone's going to say the doucs have arrived as an April Fool's Joke. Last year we had someone announce that Baby the river dolphin was dead...
