Birds of Paradise in captivity

As multiple people on this site have attempted to do, @ThylacineAlive and I decided we'd make an attempt at listing all species of birds of paradise currently kept in captivity and what collections currently hold them.

A couple thoughts beforehand:
1)
Because I had to draw the line somewhere, I decided to use no information older than 5 years (so only things posted from 2012 onwards) upon making this list; I did this to keep the list as accurate and up-to-date as possible.
2) To make this list I used information from zootierliste, zoochat, visits to the respective zoos, and occasionally other sources (facebook pages of the collections, visits of friends to the respective zoos, etc.)
3) I deliberately chose to ignore an old topic that tried to do the same (Species of Bird of Paradise kept in captivity) as said topic is 10 years old, and in certain cases there is doubt of how genuine all species and collections listed are.
4) There are bound to be many more parks in Asia and New Guinea keeping various species of bird of paradise, but it is very hard to find a lot of information about them online.
5) Anyone is more than welcome to mention things that need to be altered/updated on this list!

Lesser bird-of-paradise Paradiseae minor 1.2
These are assuming no breeding, deaths, transfers, etc. since last year.
By the way, thanks a ton for making this thread! I was looking into the matter myself but it was a bit much to cover alone.
Edit: can't give you specifics, but Cincinnati has 5 or 6 Paradiseae raggiana

When I was at Dusit three years ago, they had what I thought was 1.0 rubra and 0.1 minor. Did both birds die, or where they transferred?

I don't think any of the ZooChatters who've visited recently saw them.

I believe in the last trip report on Zoochat of Dusit, it was mentioned that the whole "bird island" was closed off for renovation? So I wonder if the inhabitants are moved or behind the scenes.

yeah I was there in February this year and Bird Island was closed, but devilfish was there in June 2016 and said there were no birds of paradise then either. So I think they must have gone (dead or elsewhere).

there will certainly be more species for Port Moresby and Lae's Rainforest Habitat than you have on the list, too. A "review" of Lae on Tripadvisor has brown sicklebill for December 2014, for example.

I saw one female rubra at Central Park last time I visited, this might have changed since. There weren't any superb BOPs either but again, this may have changed since I visited in winter 2015.

I looked up and down and all around for a rubra two days ago at Central Park and found none. It was still signed, though. Perhaps it is behind the scenes now? At least the superbs weren't on exhibit! I went to San Diego and missed them entirely, and they're definitely on exhibit there. Oh well.

It's time for an update, methinks!
