Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium has kept N. ductor in the past, in the Shark Research Lab exhibit, but they are no longer on display. I am not aware of any other holdings of the species. Are Pilot Fish (Naucrates ductor) kept in captivity anywhere?

Porto Pim Aquarium has themAre Pilot Fish (Naucrates ductor) kept in captivity anywhere?
Not sure if this has already been asked, but are there any Mona Island iguana in captivity ?
The thing is golden trevallies are also called pilot fish so it's hard to find an exact answer
Yes but both have the name pilot fish which makes research difficult because Golden Trevallies come up because they are more common. Not really given the two look different.

good point. I should have just used that.Fair, though that's what Naucrates ductor is for.![]()
Are there any pure Kodiak bears outside of Alaska? (Other than the individual at orsa björnpark in Sweden). I’m a bit suspicious of what gets labelled ‘Kodiak bear’ considering so many other impure subspecies get labelled incorrectly rather often (like Bengal tigers, which are all impure in Europe)

ThanksWell, there are no other bears in Europe that are labelled as Kodiak bears (except for the one in Sweden), so I'd say none are in Europe or even in Russia as ZTL includes Russia.
Where did you see bears labelled as Kodiak ? Curious about the Bengals, in the US there might be a few roadside zoos calling their zoomix tigers Bengals but I've never seen any in Europe.
