Oops! Didn't see that haha.
I hung around for a while, hoping they'd come out - definitely longer than the 15 minutes I told my dad I'd be - but never got anything more than the head popping out

Ooooh do you know what species they were? Great? Cattle? You're probably right about them being in the new wetlands exhibit. I think that's a cool addition!Bit of an odd update as well: there were three white egrets in the aviary with the bald eagles and ravens. All seemed to be getting along, but the egrets were perched on the branches while the eagles were sitting on the ground avoiding them. Maybe they’re planned to eventually be in the wetlands exhibit? They were unsigned.

They got 0.4 more White-faced Whistling Ducks according to an Instagram post. There are also two other ducks in the video, which appear to be Chilean Pintails.
Ah, yes I think you’re right.Oh, from the Instagram post it seemed like they just got a male and had introduced him to the four existing females?
The zoo has recently received a male Southern Pudu from the Los Angeles Zoo on a breeding recommendation.
On December 17th, the zoo officially announced the arrival of the (1.0) southern pudu named Haechan.
