Yes, that's also what I'd like to know. Are there any master plan documents like that of Omaha's Zoo, what with the conceptual designs and layouts?
I think that these species were in there, I'm almost certain there were more species:
Emperor Tamarin
Bolivian Gray Titi Monkey
Cotton-Top Tamarin
Prehensile-Tailed Porcupine
Golden-Lion Tamarin
Common Squirrel Monkey
White-Faced Saki Monkey
Red-Handed Tamarin
White-Throated Capuchin
I'm sure there are more, just can't remember them
Some of the monkeys are being relocated to different parts of the zoo, and others are going to places like Central Park and Prospect Park Zoo.

This horrible incident happened on zoo grounds, where a SUV fell six stories from a highway overpass and killed all 7 passengers, including 3 children. My deepest sympathies to the victims' family.

My sympathies are with the family and friends of those killed, but also with the zoo personnel who had to confront this grizzly scene. I am sure that they, too, are affected
I know the National Zoo in D.C. hopes to get them but it won't be for a few more years QUOTE]
The National Zoo might be getting them soon, considering they are asking the public to support getting Takin.

Regarding the white rhinos, the zoo center exhibit is only temporary.
Have the takin arrived yet?
Anaheim, I wish Bronx would get them but hopefully they don't just throw them out on the Asia Monorail ride where you would be lucky to see them.
