"Lion King" inspired no doubt
No idea, I've never heard anyone make that connection while there and I've spent a lot of hours in that building.
Coatis (white-nosed to be precise) are being kept with chaco peccaries in Planckendael and Leipzig, the peccaries are breeding in Planckendael (male group of coatis) so it seems to be a success. In Overloon they are kept with bush dogs.
Bush dogs are kept with spectacled bears in Frankfurt, both species are bred there.

Having seen what a gang of Meerkats can do to a large gull, I wouldn’t trust them with a small hornbill. One day they’ll get it."Lion King" inspired no doubt

Where do they keep those together?
Seaworld San Diego, not on exhibit to the public but they are together. Also they are put together during the shows.

Since we are doing this now, I have seen a Maned Wolf and Dingo mix, and a Red Panda and Transcaspian Urial mix.

Maned Wolf and Dingo? I would expect Dingos to be too pushy for that to succeed, and am curious to know more....
whales are like cattle or antilopes artiodactyls.
They eat fish which is still technically meat.
