I am visiting the zoo in a week and a half and I noticed with all of the caged exhibits around the zoo, would it be wrong to say that this isn't a place where I can get some nice pictures of most of the animals?

I am visiting the zoo in a week and a half and I noticed with all of the caged exhibits around the zoo, would it be wrong to say that this isn't a place where I can get some nice pictures of most of the animals?

I realized this too when I went there. A lot of the fences were thick meshes that my camera couldn't shoot through. I don't know exactly why this is but I think it may be because the zoo is oriented towards children who don't have fancy cameras. I was still able to get a couple good pics of the animals in the exhibits with the thick mesh on them.
