Just heard that mine is being shipped, and should take 4-5 days...
Did you preorder the book as soon as it was announced?I heard that mine is being shipped, but I don't know if Lynx will treat the UK as an EU country.
Update; I have been emailed to confirm delivery on Monday. I ordered in May or June direct from Lynx.
Indeed. “Mammals of Indonesia” would filll a gap. Mind you, it is only in the last few years that a decent Indonesian bird guide became available. This book is out now, as readers of Mammalwatching are probably aware.
I had a look at Lynx's "Coming Soon" page, hoping to see a "Mammals of Indonesia", but the only one on there is "Mammals of China".
Mine has now been delivered; extinct and domestic species texts in correct taxonomic positions, but not illustrated at all. Most primate illustrations greatly improved, marmosets and titis less so than most. Further details to follow; happy to answer specific queries.
