With the crab I would say fish that are too small to attempt to eat the crab and fast enough to be not caught by it and given it's a slow-moving species you have quite a few options. What species of fish can I combine with the greater blue-ringed octopus?
And what species can I combine with the Tasmanian king crab?

Should work, but I think the deer should have a seperate space.European Bison, European Fallow Deer, and Red Deer.
Good idea or bad?
According to Wikipedia they can eat birdsWould Jackson's chameleons hunt smaller birds like Cut-throat finch or Common waxbill?
The parrots can bully the turacos, so one of this both species should be removed.Would a walkthrough aviary work out with Black-crowned cranes, African grey parrots, Red-crested turacos and White-faced whistling ducks?
Not convinced they would, in a large planted enclosure with a social group of parrots. The parrots can bully the turacos, so one of this both species should be removed.
But there’s always the risk that the parrots attack the turacos. Not convinced they would, in a large planted enclosure with a social group of parrots.
And the cranes could attack anything if so minded, including people. Need plenty of nest boxes for ducks and parrots anyway. But there’s always the risk that the parrots attack the turacos.
And the parrots could attack the whistling ducks if they decide to breed in a tree hole.
Personally not fond of the mix of the two larger bovine species. Would probably work with one bovine and the deer, but not both.Water Buffalo (Wild Water Buffalo if possible, I think stateside the only type of Water Buffalo is the River Buffalo of the domestic species. I don't even think we have Swamp Buffalo over here.)

Although lovebirds like to sit on their cohabitants (for example quails) I don’t think the lovebird’s will hurt the hippos, as lovebird’s beaks aren’t stronger than a egret’s beak, which are mixed with hippos and peck them sometimes too. Here's a strange one. If I held Lovebirds as free-roamers in hippo stables, would the lovebirds harm the hippos? I usually wouldn't be worried about a bird x hippo mix but parrots do have very strong beaks...
Should work. Temminck‘s Tragopan, Chinese Bamboo Partridge, Blue-crowned Laughingthrush, Collared Finchbill, Collared Grosbeak, Grosbeak Starling, Chestnut-naped Imperial Pigeon, Falcated Duck, Baer‘s Pochard, Stephan‘s Emerald Dove and Red Collared Dove could be added.Victoria crowned pigeons, Chattering lories and Mandarin ducks
The Coconut Lorikeets and Cockatiels could stress the Gouldian Finch in a too small aviary. In a big enough aviary it would work but the finches should have a separate cage/small aviary for breeding.Cockatiels, Coconut lorikeets, Masked lapwings and Gouldian finches
