i don't know if i'm right or wrong, but i've heard some rumors in the forum, that we will get a new DLC and theme is North America, we will get the beaver,sea lion, alligator, moose and puma. and also new buildings

To be honest, if this rumor does end up being confirmed by Frontier themselves. Then I would be more than really excited for what’s in store next. I am also curious to see what new things could be on their way in the form of the currently undiscussed free update as well.

That lineup sounds pretty good, I would absolutely love more pinnipeds. Though if we do get North America I would really hope for finally the introduction of some large flying birds like bald eagles or California condors.

Large flying birds would be really nice, but I doubt it'll happen until an aviary pack arrives. Too many complicated mechanics to add outside a special pack. We already saw this with the aquatic pack.

But isn't Frontier making that Jurassic Park game which will have flying mechanics?

Jurassic World Evolution 2, yes. It's widely hoped that this paves the way for an aviary pack for PZ. That said, flying mechanics in PZ are very unlikely outside a dedicated pack. I would love an aviary pack though and am hopeful we will get something of the sort.

There are multiple rumors with semi-overlapping claims; the one thing everyone seems to agree on is a North American pack releasing this month, which will feature scenery and items from the San Diego Zoo (and possibly food trucks!). Likely inclusions include alligator and cougar.

I guess Prairie dogs would also use that biome as well as the new Meerkat mechanic, so might be a better option? Bighorn sheep would be nice nostalgia from ZT1 though.

The official Frontier forum for Planet Zoo has announced an update today that will include a new height mapping tool.

The news of updates normally precedes the announcement of DLC within a couple of weeks, so more information about that should be coming in due course as well.

Even an ambient animal pack that includes animals that are more organic and require less care would be super cool. Squirrels, pigeons, koi, carp etc. Then maybe exotic birds that can live in pavilions or houses.

guys, good news, we officially will get a north america pack, but we will get a north america animal pack, they aciddentaly leaked on instagram,but they've deleated. and this means will get 7 habitat animals and 1 exhibit animal.

i've seen the recent live, and basically beavers, mooses and sea lions are confirmed. but we definitely will discover tomorrow.
