I'm pretty sure that all of Eurasia will be re-opening this year, although it may be later than the panda opening (they are aiming for May). You can find out a lot about what is being planned by looking under the business opportunity tab on the zoo website. A new restaurant and retail outlet are all being built near the Panda exhibit and close to the entrance of Eurasia. New restrooms are being built as well, with these located near the new snowleopard exhibit.
One of the old hoofstock exhibits (with concrete mountain) is being converted into a new snowleopard exhibit. Next to this will be a new bird of prey exhibit. The Bactrian camels aren't getting a new exhibit, but there will be a path that goes around it. The boundaries of the old grassy hoofstock yards are being changed and they will become drive-through exhibits for the Zoomobile. That pathway will become off-limits to the public. The barbary apes, dholes, and tahr are not getting new exhibits.
