Pretty sure that's Betty Boop from Riddle's.Tulsa zoo has welcomed a new Asian elephant from a facility that no longer exhibits them, a Reticulated giraffe from Omaha, and a Southern White Rhino from the Wilds

It makes sense considering the former DWA curator of birds became Tulsa's curator of birds around mid 2012. He does an excellent jobOn Jan. 1 4 just fledged Red-billed firefinches were discovered at the Tulsa Zoo. This brings the number of this species bred at the zoo to 250 since 2013!
