I emailed the Zoo about the article TZFan posted and some other questions.
Their reply:
“We have not seen the article. There are still a lot of conversations that have to take place regarding Tam. If things work out for the best Tam will arrive in the fall. The sibling rhinos are not scheduled to breed at this time. Crocodiles are not planned for Africa at this point. It depends on the space left when Hippopotamus is done. At this point the architectual plans for Hippopotamus change often. The size has varied since conception. With construction going on we are fighting for every inch of space for Hippopotamus. Come see Wild Dog, Meerkat, birds and hoofstock on June 29th. Stay warm."
