Worthy Note: I've officially seen six subspecies of Brown Bear this year and total (won't see any more, unless you split Iberian), three of which have been lifers.
Probably won't keep up as I go- sorry for breaking the rules- but I have a lot of running around to do in the upcoming weeks and I don't have my computer so just posting this took a lot longer than it should have.

I'll be stuck at 96 until my European adventure (with a smattering of Dubai) begins September 16th...after that the real fun begins!! Can't wait to finally tick off damned Red Pandas lol.
Fantastic Iberian Lynx!!! I've never seen one and hope to see my first also at Madrid zoo at the end of September. What time of day did you see them, how active were they, good photos?

Couple of bits to add from recent trips that have occurred over the past month or two...
Shepreth Wildlife Park
86. Ocelot (Leopardus pardalis)
Woburn Safari Park
87. American black bear (Ursus americanus)
The exhibit and sign for Black-footed Ferrets was still there at ZooAmerica in mid-August but in 3 visits over 2 days I never saw them. The Eastern Spotted Skunk, I believe is no longer there. The exhibit was empty and the sign gone but they do have a Striped Skunk as an ambassador animal. As @FunkyGibbon said.
But on another note, do they not still have Black-Footed Ferret and Eastern Spotted Skunk?
~Thylo
@thylo, I'm assuming a white morph American mink counts as a domestic?
Erlebnis-Zoo Hannover
88. Northern fur seal (Callorhinus ursinus)
89. Grey seal (Halichoerus grypus)
Greetings from Walsrode!
Duisburg
82) European Wildcat Felis silvestris
83) Wolverine Gulo gulo
Krefeld Zoo
84) Jaguarundi Herpailurus yagouaroundi
...

This also brings the very disappointing announcement that Magdeburg's Marsh Mongoose are currently behind the scenes and due to leave the zoo imminently for an unknown collection.
