ZooChat Exhibit Design Competition #3

A few questions;
1. How many/few of the animals are we to use? This;
"The majority of animals the zoo requires should be included."
, is a little vague.
2. Are there key species we must have?
3. Are we building in our home country/state/province? If so is that taken into the overall score?
4. Are we allowed outdoor enclosures as well?
"Phase 1 - Collection planning
The zoo is looking to open a new Papua-New Guinea exhibit. The exhibit will be housed indoors in an on-site building that will be converted for the project."

1. Yes, it is vague. Use your best judgment.
2. All the mammals and reptiles should be present. Birds should be used at discretion.
3. Yes, you can use your home location.
4. Yes, you can use outdoor enclosures, but the majority need to be indoors.

Two things-
When does our competition officially start?

Also I'd like to add some species to the reptile list-
Emerald Tree Monitor
New Guinea Ground Boa

Just a reminder, you have until December 8th to submit your entry for the challenge.

The rest of the design. BTW, one of my posts disappeared... :(

I was referring to Gnu Image Manipulation Program. Basically, a free PhotoShop.

Well, it looks like Jurek7 is the only participant this year. As such, he's the winner, but to be fair, I will grade the project as promised. I will probably sit down and grade tomorrow afternoon.

Thanks jbnbsn99, Ithought I will not find time to finish this design. A bit shame that nobody else joined. I hoped for such a lively competition as the previous one. Please, rate or comment or my design nevertheless - I am always happy for a feedback.

And I forever hope that somebody employs me as a zoo design consultant. ;) I don't think so. I have a full time job not related to zoos.

I do plan on doing a full breakdown of it, I just haven't found the time. I got suddenly swamped with a huge music project that sapping all my creative energies.
